PAPERS
STRUCTURE
The "International Conference on Renewable Energy and Power Quality (ICREPQ'12)" will be structured in:
- Plenary Sessions: In an auditorium for all the participants.
- Invited Papers: Simultaneously in two rooms.
- Oral Sessions: Renewable Energy and Power Quality simultaneously in two rooms.
- Posters Sessions: In 45-minute periods during the coffee breaks.CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
All digests, summaries of the papers and full paper must be written in English. All presentations and roundtable discussions will be conducted in English.
DIGESTS / PROVISIONA FULL PAPER
Those interested in presented an original unpublished paper should send to the International Secretariat, before November 15, 2011 (New) and via e-mail, your digests of a minimum of two A4 double columns pages of your provisional full paper of a maximum of six pages, written in English to allow a review by international specialists. Please submit your digests in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or MS Word (.doc) with the title of the paper, authors, your complete contact information and electronic address, five key words, interest of the work, objectives, main contributions and the four most important references, at the following electronic address:donsion@uvigo.es

The digests should be produced according to the same instructions that for the full papers then, please, use the ICREPQ-Template like guideline. The papers will be accepted based on the digests or the provisional full papers submitted, which will be evaluated by the International Program Committee members in a peer review and using the Evaluation Form (Word).
FULL PAPERS
Authors of accepted digests/provisional full papers will be requested to submit the full papers (or definitive full papers) for the inclusion in the International Conference on Renewable Energies and Power Quality CD Rom. Please, explain clearly the nature of the problem, previous work, purpose and contribution of the paper, conclusions and references.
The full papers should not exceed six double column A4 (21x29.7 cm) pages including figures, tables and diagrams. You can send us the full papers in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or MS Word (.doc) at the following electronic addres: donsion@uvigo.es .I you have sent for the ICREPQ'12 a provisional full paper and this one is accepted by the International Program Committee (IPC) members, in a peer review, you must send us the definitive one, or a message saying that we can considerer the provisional full paper like a definitive one.
Each author can present in the ICREPQ conference a maximum of three papers and it’s important that you say us the preferences of your papers presentation (oral or poster) when you sent us the full papers.Please carefully read and follow the ICREPQ-Template to ensure a uniform quality and appearance of all contributions. Please include also the table of the top of the first page in which we have put the title, place and dates of the conference.
Please fill up the ICREPQ-Copyright and send it to us by E-mail, with your full paper, after scanned it.
The full papers, registration and full payment, are due before January 20, 2012. (If you proposal was provisionally accepted then you must send us your full paper before January 15, 2012, in order to review the paper).
You must also fill up the Registration Form and submit it to us.
All the papers registered at ICREPQ'12 will be included, free of charge, at the web site.
PRESENTATIONS
Oral Presentations
Each speaker of an oral presentation has an available time of 15 minutes (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions) and must be in the session room 10 minutes before of the beginning of the session for to test the audiovisual equipment and for to exchange opinions with the Session Chairman. We suggest that the speakers of one oral presentation prepare their material in Power Point.
Poster Presentations
The posters must be numbered by the authors, on the up right corner, with the number of the paper and it will be put, about 15 minutes before of the beginning of the session, on the pin board that you previously can chose and it must be take off 15 minutes after of the end of the session. The author(s) must be stay near the poster during the 45 minutes of the session duration for to answer all the questions that the audience or the chairmen could formulate. The maximum available surface for each poster will be 950 mm x 2350 mm (width x high). You must select your poster size take into account this maximum available surface (Perhaps an A0 size, 841×1189 mm, could be apropriate). Put on the pin board separated sheets of the paper are not allowed.
POSTER AWARDS. There will be awards for the most outstanding posters. In this edition of ICREPQ'12 we will deliver three awards to the three best posters.The awards will be based on the quality of the work reported and on the quality of the presentation. The poster awards will be announced and delivered during the Closing Session.
